  2. Acknowledged by many over the years (including Nirvana's Kurt Cobain who curated a tribute album to the Wipers), the bands albums have been curiously unobtainable by many. The Wipers Box Set collects the first three albums (and a few obscurities) at a more-than-reasonable price for a 51 song 3 CD Set/5(71).

  9. Wipers was a recording project formed in by Greg Sage in Portland, OR. First conceived as a studio project, they originally planned to release fifteen LPs over ten years and completely avoid doing tours or interviews. They disbanded in after releasing six studio albums, but reformed in to release three more albums.
